@4michellemybelle Was this an INAD return that you are trying to keep
off the record? If not, then why are you accepting a return when the
buyer did not follow eBay's return policy? That policy is there to
protect you and the buyer.
For the record, I had ZERO issues getting an insurance claim paid
through FedEx this year. I filed the claim. Attached the photos of the
damaged item and the packaging that the buyer sent me. My check came in
