Bulk Shipping Labels -- Combining Orders and Fed Ex

Is there a way to use Ebay's Bulk Shipping Labels for a combined order and use Fed Ex? I have been able to do it with USPS with no problems, but I can never see Fed Ex as an option. I CAN use Fed Ex in the item by item traditional Ebay shipping.
