long time seller selling limit went from 25,000 to 0.00 today?

why would my selling limit go down to 0 or 5 dollars from a 25 thousand dollar, whichever comes first. Above Standard, no defects, nada.

Tried the "sending an offer" feature. Have 4 people watching, but when I sent my offer, it says it was sent to 2 interested buyers. Why would the offer be sent to 2 and not all 4 people watching?? Any ideas??
