price is not "low".
when i bought it, only two items were sold..
Ebay has "protection policy",
i paid by Paypal,
and i suspect for now Ebay has problem for around $1600
who knows what happens tomorrow..
as i see Ebay does not have a way to get "proactive notifications" about scams//
as for me i am going to have problem like "i lost zero dollars and 30 days of waiting"

Buyer ID from Switzerland, selling electronics from Denver, with no completed or sold listings. Interesting.

...not to mention that the first two supposedly sold for $1 each, back on March 23rd.
I would just file the Item Not Received dispute after the last Estimated Date of Delivery has passed, and collect your refund.

feedback left as well. Too strange.

I went back for another look. My guess is that the purported seller (whose feedback is actually all buying-related) is really just a newbie buyer who either got phished for his account info or is working on an infected machine, and if he hasn't logged in within the past couple of weeks or so, he may be totally oblivious to all of this.

there is no way to notify Ebay about scam...
ok, Ebay, that is your decision to loose $$$$

There is an eBay employee who can be invited to comment on posts.
@Anonymous
The red flags should be:
BTW- eBay has a Hold on cleared payments to new , returning or occasional sellers of up to 21 days. We non-US sellers wait the full 21 days.

Hi @lenin2000netzeronet, if you do not receive your item by the latest estimated delivery date, you can open an item not received request to pursue a resolution. The request can be opened as early as the day after the latest estimated delivery date, and as late as 30 days beyond the latest estimated delivery date. The option will become available to you in your purchase history once you are eligible to open the request.
If we had any reason to believe that this transaction was fraudulent, you would be notified and could contact Customer Service to have a request opened earlier than is normally possible. If you have not received this kind of communication, then you would just need to wait for the estimated delivery date to pass before taking further action.
