I just started totaling up my expenses, purchases, miles etc. Some
things I total up monthly as I go, but not everything. Reports help and
each year I tell myself to do better, but I never seem to listen.

I know some listings that are taken down as a violation should never be
relisted, but does the hazardous material violation fall into this? One
of my empty bubble light boxes was removed, so I'm wondering if I revamp
my titles to merely Christmas lig...

I’m sure those photos should be removed. Since it sounds like you
escalated the return to eBay rather than refund, you probably will
receive an unresolved by seller defect. Hopefully you can get something
resolved.
That's actually pretty clever and better yet it seems to work, so good
on you. I just like getting any problems out there for my buyers to see
right away. I don't want them to have to search to find important
information, but it seems ebay is fightin...
Who knows, I hadn't noticed the seller notes till I searched around this
morning. On my listing you show above, on my desktop it refers to
"sellers notes" and shows my condition comment in my item specifics. No
wonder buyers miss seeing things.
