OK... Here's the deal. Have had my PP account for 16 years. Never any
issues with them, and they have always treated me wonderfully. First odd

There are some snowflake buyers on eBay, for sure. Giving your buyer the
benny of the doubt their IQ's higher than 70, (They realize they can
press it back out) I would say it's buyer's remorse, and your best
choice would be to just R & R.

You are correct.. eBay's customer service is, well to say lacking, is an
understatement; And few would dispute that...(Not even the ebay *cheer
leaders*) Rather than complain about the lack of eBay customer service
on the boards, you'd be better off ...
