Item Specifics Isn't working

Send Offer is not working
I cannot use the Send Offers feature. I can click on the items I want to Send Offer but do not receive an active button so I can initiate the process. These are new items that I am selling so I should be able to initiate this feature. Help!
How to see and sort listings by item condition (new, used, etc)
Can't see this ability to sort my active listings by my stated item conditions. Also couldn't see it as a customizeable option to add.Am I not seeing wherr I can sort by item condition, or is this not a sortable option?

Resolved! What happened to my stores categories?
All 3 of my stores no longer display all the categories that I had set up. All I see is 'Category', and 'All'(both not clickable). Is this something permanent or a server glitch?
% Seller Feedback Received
I think it would be a useful stat to know (and possibly display) the percent seller feedback received for sales. I think it would reflect the volume of sales the seller made better.
