How to Add "Seller Notes" to an eBay listing via Excel?

I am trying to add Seller Notes to our eBay listings, but I need these small notes to be under the Condition Line for each listing. Does anyone know how to add these small notes under the condition line via the eBay Bulk Excel uploader or eBay File Exchange.

The column would be called "ConditionDescription" in FileExchange or "Condition description" in the Hub uploader.  The labels would be interchangeable in your spreadsheet upload, as Seller Hub should be able to translate both the old and new label.
