How is Category Defined

I have two EBAY STORES, and I have 2 Questions on CATEGORY.

STORE ONE: Sells every and anything that I think Potential buyers are looking for.

STORE TWO: Sells only Children's CLOTHING

STORE ONE - I would now like to list some ADULT CLOTHING - Can I list them on STORE ONE? - Keep in mind they are ADULT SIZES. Or is CLOTHING  a category that includes all CLOTHING?

STORE TWO: I am also considering selling toys for babies/toddlers. It makes sense to me that selling these on my BABIES/TODDLERS EXCLUSIVE STORE would make sense, but in doing so, would I be crossing selling a CATEGORY that should be sold on STORE ONE because they are not clothing

I hope this is not too confusing for someone to respond to.

Thank you.

How is Category Defined

eBay sellers can list items in any category they wish, as long as the category is appropriate to the item being sold. You are not limited to one category, or one type of items, for each account or store.

As long as the adult clothes are listed in the correct category for those items, then you shouldn't have any issues selling them with either store. The same for the toys.
