I hope you are not using Gmail, as they have new requirements for receiving mail. While Gmail is not my provider, I am struggling with that right now because Gmail is blocking all of my responses to inquiries received from Gmail accounts. In some cases, Gmail can be set up to whitelist incoming mail from expected mail partners and sites like ebay.com
If Gmail is not your issue, check your spam folder first. Then look at your communications settings in case something was inadvertently reset there. There are some long lists of settings to verify.
