Anyone else not getting recent results with Terapeak research?

I’ve noticed in the past day that when you go to the Terapeak product research page (under Seller Hub > Rsearch) and try and research popular items, getting very few (sometimes not even a handful) of results returned for past few days where there would normally be several pages of results.

Anyone else seeing the same thing? Trying to report it to eBay but their only “Customer service” link goes to a dead page (ocsnext.qa.eBay.com/ocs/home).

Yes, I'm having a similar experience.  Not sure why.  I wonder if buyers had not yet paid for those recent sales and/or if there is a periodic ingestion of recent sales that is not real time.

I've noticed that, for the items I search for (lab equipment), Terapeak is weeks behind in being updated on sold items. It's been this way for many months.
