A return issue.

I am trying to find contact info. for Ebay to advise them of a return issue. I noticed they have made it harder to do that. Their automated assistant is of no use to me. Anyone know how to contact them directly by email or phone?

Does buyer have to return item to make insurance claim?

Buyer received item that postal service broke. I purchased insurance on item. I do not want item back and don't think I should have to pay to have item returned. Can I refund to buyer and make claim to insurance carrier without receiving item back?
