Buyer sends 4 returns back to me in a box without the ebay label on the
outside. She put the label in the inside of the box and wrote my address
on the outside. She even paid for the return when I have free returns.

No buyer didn't open a return case. They were just returning their items
back to me and took it to the post office and purchased a label there
instead of using ebays label and I even have free returns, not sure why
they did that.
This was 4 individual opened items sent back together in a box because
of fit and yes I guess there is a refund buyer on the returns page, but
if I refund her, will this close the returns if it doesn't actually show
that the items came back to me?
