I receive a notification for updating my eBay app on my iPad. The app is up to date (uninstall/reinstall). My iOS is 10.3.4 ((most recent update for my iPad)I can't use the app anymore problem occurs as of today Who can help me out?

My ebay app has today stopped functioning. It tells me I should update the app, but this doesn't work. I found the app easy to use, going into ebay through safari is a real pain.
