I noticed earlier today that although the majority of listings in my store are same day shipping with 3 working day delivery the estimated delivery dates were approximately 20th December.
Initally I thought it may have been something ebay had put in place for Peak (as I still had my Premium badge on these listings), however because I couldn't see any announcements on this I thought I'd speak to ebay just to double check and I'm glad I did!
Apparently there is a technical issue at the moment whereby estimated delivery times are showing as inflated. The tech team is working on it but when pushed for a timescale I wasn't given one. I'm hoping it's sorted asap as I'm sure it's affecting sales for alot of people having this issue.
Has anyone else noticed this problem or heard anymore on it?
