So Im wondering if this is normal for the customer support wait times? I scheduled eBay support to call me today. My phone rang right on time at about 3:30. The lady who called me was very nice and she tried 3 times to contact the managed payments dept for me but was unable to get through to them. So she transferred me so I could wait for them instead. Now 6 hours later I’m still on hold. I realize that I could and should have hung up along time ago but I keep feeling like I’ve already waited this long I hate to give up now! And I do need to get the managed payments problem figured out. It’s now 9:20 at night. Thank god for speaker phone! Is this normal for hold wait times? Do I need to plan on setting aside a whole day to wait on hold because I believe they close at 9:30 so today could be a bust! Thank you for any help!!

I at least thought they’d hang up on me once they closed for the day. Or tell me something. But I’m still on hold and hanging up now!!! Really frustrating!
