Make an Offer button works but won’t send the offer to the seller

Everything about the button works on my app. However, when I go to submit the offer to the seller, it never shows up that I made the offer and that I still have “5 Offers Remaining”. Almost like I never even clicked the button! Anyone know how to fix...
