I'm sure alot of you have done this before so I figured I'd ask. I wanna sell my xbox one console but not sure if they have a flat rate box that will fit it. How did you go about doing it?

Having Problem With Promoted Items

All my items i have listed are "Auction Style" and it says Not eligible to promote the one item i have that's set to "Buy It Now" i was able to promote So i am curious can you only promote buy it now items? If not can someone help me out.

Buyer wants a refund

A buyer wanted a refund i accepted (which i feel i didn't need to) but i did anyway. He hasn't sent it back yet and its been a bit but he has till the 23rd it says. Is it closed for good at that point or what? This is becoming a pain.
