When I attempted this evening (5:45pm / Pacific) to authorize a new user for our account... to "View Orders" and "Download Order Reports"... as soon as I entered their contact info and permissions... and approved the request... it immediately launche...

suddenly, the url for our eBay store is no longer working... for https://www.ebay.com/str/annettefunicello All we see now... is this message:

Even after being successfully logged in to the eBay site... when we try to edit our eBay store the system won't allow access. It pushes us back into the log-in screen... and won't accept our ID / password... even though we're successfully able to log...

We've seen these "It's not you... it's us" messages many times... always just a minor glitch.However, this one doesn't seem to be going away...
