eBay has frozen on my phone and I can’t sign in on my laptop

Help. Verfication code fraud or not?

Hey. When I sign in to ebay, it sends me a verification code on my phone from the number '+44 7873 077777'It's the only number I get a code from. Is this number legit? When I search on the number, it seems shady.

Can neither delete, nor relist unsold Items.

The site is not working at all

I can't use ebay. Experiencing the same in the latest version of chrome and firefox too. Never used bots and all the extensions/addons are turned off (clean install). Is there any solution?
