My orders disappeared

I have 15 orders that suddenly disappeared

All of my items in my purchase history and bids/offers have disappeared...

...both on my laptop view, as well as on ebay mobile. I have an item to pay for and don't want to upset the seller I have been working with!

Awaiting dispatch not showing orders

Hi When I go to my seller eBay account in the Awaiting dispatch window it is showing 0 orders, but there are orders, when I hover over the bell on the top of the screen it shows 8 items to be posted.Please help

Trying to Refund Money Get Refund Failed Message
