Problem to upload pictures for open case

Hi, can  someone help me with a problem with open case, please? I did open case and I tried to upload pictures few times hopelessly.  The wheel spinning endlessly and does not load the photo. How I can show a proof to a seller in the open case? I didn't have the problems last year. Thanks

If you opened an item not as described case, there is NO eBay requirement that you send pictures to the seller to prove your case.

Just open the INAD case, wait 96 hours, ask eBay to step in.  Again, no pictures are required.

NOW that feature is completely dead, which means buyers have no recourse when ripped off by sellers.

The MBG is not dead.   Follow what it tells you to do.

Try on a computer. Mobile consistently has upload issues.

Photos will help your seller if they are filing for insurance.

As others have mentioned, there is absolutely no requirement that a buyer upload pictures to prove an item not as described case.

When you have received an item that's NAD, you have 30 days to go to the Resolution Center, below, and open the case.  You then wait 96 hours, return to the case and ask eBay to step in.

If you're required to return the NAD item, the seller is required to either send you a prepaid return label, or to reimburse you in advance for the  shipping cost.

So, after reading the above information, can you return here and explain, in as much detail as possible, what you've done so far to be refunded for the NAD?
