Search issue

Distance search gives same amount of results for within 5 miles as 200 miles. Contacted eBay and they have confirmed this has happened since they updated site. If eBay know about it why aren't they fixing it.

The entire site looks terrible, like the coding was just set back 15 years...

In both browsers Firefox and Chrome, the entire site looks like it did maybe 15 years ago. Refreshing does not help. Clearing cache does not help. Occasionally it will look a little more normal, but the next page-click brings it back to the old look....

All Mail from Ebay goes directly to the Sent Folder in my Comcast Mail. It should be going to IN Box. All other incoming mail from others goes directly to my IN Box. No filters are set. Can anyone help with this?
