If they completed an order with you then they can still message you from
the order. They are however blocked from messaging you through other
listings or directly from your seller page.
Unfortunately, when you are doing it for long enough you will teach
yourself to just block that buyer and not respond any further. Some
people are only happy when they are ruining someone elses day... don't
allow them to do that over some earrings.
We have had eBay International Shipping packages not only go to Illinois
but also go to Pennsylvania or New York for consolidation. So you may
not always see Illinois as the mailing address. I'm not sure what the
