I sold 17 cards to one person. Ebay only charged them my ESE price. Is
it because with shipping it totalled $20 and it didn't catch it that
way? Just wondering if somehow I can be proactive if this happens again.

Thank you but that's not what I am asking. I need to know how to make
the buyer pay more in shipping because I can't send 17 cards for $1.50
ESE or I'll lose money (which has happened, and why I am asking because
I sent them GA due to damage reasons)...
Only problem was buyer only paid my ESE price of one card and not the
$7.90 GA price they would have. Thats what Im wondering how to fix
