VARIATIONS LISTINGS NOT WORKING TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON THE ISSUE SINCE 4/21

I AM TRYING TO USE VARIATION LISTING HOWEVER I AM BEING TOLD THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THE BLACK HOLE IS WORKING ON THE PROBLEM . SINCE APRIL IS ANYONE ELSE NOT ABLE TO USE VARIATIONS PAR ELECTRONICALLY LISTINGS

Receiving international offers on items not listed for international sale.

In the last 24 hours I have received multiple offers for items I only have listed for domestic sale. Anyone else?
