Browser Help; Pop Up shipping labels dissapeared

Hi; I was wondering if anyone new how to fix the shipping label pop up window. I am not sure how to do this, when I buy a shipping label, the window used to pop up, and all I would have to do is hit print, now I need to click like 5 buttons to get it...
