This is a known technical issue. Reoccurring since Feb 2025. No amount of clearing cache & uninstall/ reinstall works. It's a software issue

@heirloomangel Thanks for the update. I reinstalled & so far it's working. Fingers crossed this continues as it's been such an inconvenience & lile you say- forced sellers to use other platforms.

Totally agree. They are buying time. The whole point of using the app is it's supposed to be quicker ! I will keep an eye on this thread. Thanks for replying
