I have been trying to purchase an item for days, but I'm still getting the following error message:

Your account may have been accessed by a third party. In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary block on bidding, selling and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you.
I have been trying to contact the support center. I only found the email option and that does not show any email either, just another error message.
In the messages inbox, I found the email about the unauthorized access. I completed all the steps, and clicked the link in the email, it redirects me to the UK site and it has calling options, I was not even able to make any calls, all my calling attempts failed.
