Having issues uploading Videos today

QR codes wouldn’t work at post office for shipping labels

Tried to print two different labels using QR code and neither worked. Error message said no label. Not knowing it was a QR code issue, I requested refunds on the two labels and just printed one out using another label broker.

USPS ground labels are printing as Hazmat

All the USPS ground labels I am printing are saying Hazmat. The items are "considered" hazmat. examples: a cotton purse, spanx, cotton liner, handbag. Nothing charges or has a battery.Is anyone else having these issues........
