Bad request

Cannot sign into eBay on my MacAir laptop using safari. . No matter how I try cannot get into eBay site. For the last 3 days I just get bad request message.

I have 331 points and would like to apply them when checking out. It shows that I don't have any points to redeem, and since I can't determine how much 331 points is worth I don't know the dollar amount I should enter. Thanks for your help.
