I have 331 points and would like to apply them when checking out. It shows that I don't have any points to redeem, and since I can't determine how much 331 points is worth  I don't know the dollar amount I should enter. Thanks for your help.

What is the source of these "points"?

If this is some kind of credit card offer, you should contact your card issuer for details of redemption.

Do you means points on the eBay MasterCard?

You have to earn 1,500 points before you can redeem them, and it may take up to 2 billing cycles for pending points to be credited to your rewards points balance. It doesn't sound like you have enough points yet, but when you do, 1,500 points will equate to $10.00.
