Messages dropping out of enter/edit mode on iPhone13mini

When I reply to a message (in edit mode- the default), after typing for a few seconds, the page drops to the small window. I then need to tap the small window to continue…. This happens repeatedly……really annoying

It lets me leave feedback to sellers no problem on the Ebay app but lately when trying to give feedback to buyers it says "We ran into a problem. Please try again"

Auto-Filtering search results with a vehicle from 'my garage'

this just started today - 09/14/2022 - if i search for, lets say 'OIL COOLER', the results are filtered using a vehicle in 'MY GARAGE'. this SUCKS! I have to then select 'CHANGE' then 'SHOP WITHOUT A VEHICLE'.STUPID BEHAVIOR.
