I am the buyer. Purchased a sponsored jewelry item on Oct. 6 & paid with 60 seconds of auction end, using PayPal. The first & only notification - generated by Ebay I assume - was pretty quick that it would arrive between Oct. 11 and Oct. 14. But no tracking number showed up.
I emailed the seller on Oct. 12 asking if there was a tracking number. No response.
When it still hadn't arrived by Oct. 14 I emailed the seller again, on Oct. 14 and on Oct. 16, asking if there was a tracking number. No response to either of those. I used the "Contact seller" option the 'purchased' page, so that all the sale info would be there.
It is pointless to try to work it out with the seller since my emails go unanswered.
The seller has over 7400 feedbacks, at 99.4%. It's time to get Ebay involved. What's the best way to do that?
I have been an active user of Ebay since 1998 so I pretty much know how everything works but if I've run into this problem before it was a very long time ago.

Are you sure you "pretty much know how everything works". When a buyer hasn't received his purchase within a few days past its last estimated delivery date, he opens an item not received case. He then waits 4 days for the seller to respond or the item to arrive. Nothing happenin'? He returns to the case and asks eBay to step in. Please read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

I believe I qualified that by saying that I hadn't had this problem for many, many years. Ebay's policies have changed at least a few times since 1998. No need to be condescending.
