EBay selling bug: you can send an offer to potential buyers below your make an offer low limit

EBay selling bug: you can send an offer to potential buyers that is below your "make an offer" lower limit. Then buyers will accept your offer and it is Auto Rejected because the Make an Offer lower acceptable limit is higher than the offer you sent....

Resolved! Ebay Messages Down But.... FYI

It has been reported that messages are having issues because of down servers. Check your phone App to see if you can get your messages. I tried mine and it worked with no issues. My browser still does not work with messages. FYI
