Problem uploading photos for listing... SLOW.... problem?

Trying to list thing, uploading a 1mb photo is taking up to a couple min. Tried clearing cache, using different browsers, reset internet, ran speed test - getting almost 200mb/s uploads. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

No e-mails from EBay when I sell an item or when it's paid for

Since Friday night (3/31) I have received NO e-mails from E-Bay about items sold-2 on Friday & 4 on Saturday-& NO e-mails about items paid for. I had to go to my E-Bay selling page to see if I had any activity. What's going on?
