Is the seller still registered? If so, go to the seller's feedback or profile page and compose a new message there. If prompted for an item number, use a current number or choose not about an item rather than choosing an old or expired item.
If your message contains any links, email addresses, numbers or special characters, try leaving those out. Such things may result in your message being blocked by a spam filter.
