Can't Search by CUSTOMER NAME in Order - All Orders page

Since last week no longer gives any search results when enter Customer Name in All Orders page. Search works with Buyer ID or Order #

Turning on Completed Listing filter expands item location search to 'Worldwide'

This happens now, just started recently. If you click check 'Completed Items' on a UK search, it will show you all completed items for that search worldwide. Clicking a filter should activate only that filter.

Items show shipped when in fact they haven't!
