Error when entering Custom Item Specifics

I am adding custom specifics to some of my listings and have noticed that whenever I save the attribute the title changes. 

Take a look at the following listing for example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/266254395596 

You will see in the specifics (in) & (mm) when I type in and save is Hose I.D. (in) & Hose I.D. (mm) but it removes the first portion of the Specifics title.

Does anyone have a fix for this or know how to forward on this error to the appropriate person?

Just in case anyone else runs into this in the future here is the fix I found.  Don't manually enter the custom item specifics, do it by .csv upload and it works just fine.
