Ebay has been broken for years. Is anyone going to EVER fix it?I CAN'T start a return because the CONFIRM RETURN button DOESN'T WORK!!!!! Nothing works correctly and there's NO WAY TO EVERY GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE!!!!!

Why did all my DRAFTS Disappear?

I had about a dozen drafts saved about an hour ago and now they have all disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else? And is this some kind of sight wide glitch? Will they be returned???

App says "Paid-Ship Now" for items already shipped

On the home screen, it says that I have items that sold and need to be shipped, but when you tap the banner it says "you don't have any items to ship out". I have tried to log out and in, what should I try next?

Retired IT Mgr of 33 years here. Seller on eBay for 23 years. The IT brains at eBay never cease to amaze me. I can only surmise they are all contractors. Maybe eBay should hire some hacks from Russia or UK to manage their systems.
