Orders not archiving

Currently, I have 51 orders in Paid & Shipped. I have tried to archive them and they remain in Paid & Shipped. When I use the Archive feature, the website says they have been archived, but they remain in Paid & Shipped. Never had this issue before!

Carrier Specific Discounts Not Being Applied

I have shipping preferences set to offer carrier specific discounts for USPS, but the vast majority of my listings still show retail pricing. Made this change several days ago. All the listings should have updated within 24 hours. Any fix for this?
