Have 700 listings, but this comes up: We didn't find any results. Opened several cases and customer services says they will escalate, but no response. This has been going on for many months now.

"Coupon" (create a coupon under Marketing) and exact same issue with "Sale event"- I used to be able to name my own coupon or sale event, now eBay adds whatever made up name they want and it does not reflect my on-going sale or my store. Anyone?

Same here, it's been going on for months now, how are we supposed to manage hundreds of listings when this part of the SELLER HUB isn't working properly? I've opened 6 cases with ZERO reply from eBay. Months of communcation without any resolve.
