Size of Data Boxes on Seller Hub

My data boxes (for some unknown reason) are much larger (wider) than than they were previously. I used to have three across, now there's just room for 2. any way of changing the box sizes?

Why was I charged 14.2 percent sales tax?

I was charged a much higher tax rate on today's purchase than any state sales tax would require. Are there other fees rolled into the "tax" line on the invoice when I purchase? Or is eBay just overcharging buyers and pocketing the excess?

In-app bug when trying to review & make counter-offers

In-app "counter offer" option does not work and after pressing review offer details, it goes to the product page instead of the "offer details". So I must use a laptop in do it in browser instead. My phone is a Pixel 6 Pro. Please fix this issue.

Regular page loading errors

I keep getting versions of eBay error pages at random. I get them as a buyer or a sell. From eBay search, from Google search, from my own store when I click my listings. This will happen with different browsers, internet connections, devices, etc.
