Not all saved searches give daily email notifications

I've noticed not all of my saved searches seem to be giving daily email notifications. Yes I have verified that they are set to notify me. Some seem to have fizzled out over time, ones that are definitely still getting new listings. Any ideas?

I keep finding that random business policy keeps appearing and being added to some of my listings. Thankfully I check it each week and have had this happen several times over the past 6 weeks or so. What is the solution?
