Try switching browsers. I am not sure what browser you are using by Mac OS Safari always has issues sending messages for me. Sometimes chrome does too. Switching to Firefox will usually work. I do not know if it’s something on my network or something on the eBay side but pages that load via auth.ebay.com usually have issues the first time I try load them.
