Can't set up new shipping business policy.It lets me enter all info & then the blue 'SAVE' button lights up like everything is filled out correctly, but click on Save button doesn't work The page completely locks up at that point

Can't edit promoted listings

3 days now, I can't edit promoted listings to a different % amount or end the promoted % from bulk edit or from the promoted listing filters page.I get just the spinning blue circle forever

Send offers page is defaulting to "allow counteroffers"It's automatically turned on so every time I send an offer, I have to turn it off.Used to be 'off' by default
