Never have seen this error message before. Always use Terapeak to research pricing history, and it is a great tool. Purportedly, it seems that there may be a limit of 250 queries a day, but I am nowhere near that number (maybe no more than 50 entries...

Resolved! Messages not being marked as read, scheduling times not completely showing

I have 2 payout messages from eBay that I have clicked on several times but messages refuses to mark them as read. I tried to schedule an auction item and the drop down times are showing 0. instead of the hour or minutes.
