Having trouble listing. When uploading photos to draft screen goes white for 10 min
I have been having trouble uploading photos into my drafts. As soon as I click save, the screen goes white as if saving and then I get "Our homepage is down..." from Ebay. I am not using a VPN. Anyone else having this issue?
Message problem
Attempted to send the seller two messages regarding an issue with a purchased item, and the messages do not appear in the sent block of the message section, nor do they show up in the BC to myself. Help!
Resolved! Package was delivered to me, but on the tracking system it is pending. How to mark it as delivered?
My package was delivered to me, but the tracking system says it is "In Transit". The seller won't get paid until the tracking mark it as delivered. I don't see any option on Ebay to mark it as delivered by myself. Any help is welcome.

Not Receiving Emails From eBay
I am no longer receiving emails from eBay for Saved Searches or for Won/Lost Items. I contacted customer service and they could not figure out why this issue was happening. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to receive emails again? Thanks.

BULK EDIT CREATES RED FLAG: I HAVE NO RETURN POLICY . . . BUT I DO.
Bulk edit shows several listings as not having a return policy specified however, when I review each item, I see the return policy is actually specified. I believe this to be a glitch. Hopefully I'm reporting this issue correctly here.
