So if a buyer sends me an offer on a listing I have for sale (or even when awaiting payment) and I go to contact them, I get two options: "this is not about an item" or "enter item number". For the past... I don't know how long... whenever I try to input the item number from the listing they sent an offer on, instead of carrying me forward to the new message page, it instead redirects me to my inbox. This is very repeatable and browser & browser extension agnostic.
I can still send a message by using the "this is not about an item" option, but it would be nice to have the message automatically include the listing title and photo that they sent an offer on.
