Return lable wont show up error message

I clicked on my return label and it won't print. Technical error message  pops up @links to member

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account than the one you used to make the original purchase.

If you purchased as a guest, you must sign out of eBay completely in order to use the link in the email to print the label.
