Lack of info on a purchase

I bought a suit a week ago. I have an email confirming the purchase, but if I hit the button for either 'review order" or "track package" I get a message that there is no information. It's ridulous that ebay does not have a problem email address.b

Clicking "Add to watchlist" no longer updates the page with a "Saved in your Watchlist" banner

Previously clicking "Add to watchlist" would update the page with a blue banner at the top. This isn't happening today -- the banner only appears when the page is refreshed. The behavior is the same with Chrome and Firefox.
